Our returns policy

For goods purchased through our online store.  

If goods purchased through our online store do not match the description on our website or are otherwise faulty, you may be entitled to a replacement, refund, or repair.  Please contact us on (03) 9899 0217 with the details of your order and we will help you.  

We do not offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind or ordered the wrong item.  If you have placed the order within the last 24 hours and wish to change your mind, please contact us by calling (03) 9899 0217.  We may be able to cancel your order.  However, if goods have already been shipped, we are unable to recall or cancel your order.  

In case of postal problems

If your goods go missing or have been damaged in transit, please contact us on (03) 9899 0217.  We will liase with the courier company or Australia Post on your behalf.  

Shipping times

Produced will be dispatched within 2 - 5 business days of placing your order.  Products will be delivered via Australia Post unless you have contacted us to arrange alternative delivery.  If you have not recieved your item within 10 working days, please contact us and we will assist you.

We take your privacy and financial security very seriously.  We will never share your name, contact details, or financial details a third party, unless legally required to do so by Australian law.  Your credit card details are protected by our security certificate, and we do not keep records of your financial information.  Please contact us if you have any concerns about your privacy.
